Hypnotherapy phone sessions with me typically last about 45 minutes:

• 5-15 minutes for the pre-induction interview – This is so that I can better tailor the session to your particular needs
• 30-40 for the actual hypnosis – This includes an induction, a deepening process, the therapy, and a count out

Please be sure that you have at least 45 minutes of time available in your account, before you call. At $2.99 per minute, one session will cost about $135.

I highly recommend having a headset, rather than using speaker phone or holding a telephone. We will hear each other more clearly without speaker phone, and you will be more relaxed with your hands free.

I use Ingenio and Ether as platforms through which to conduct hypnotherapy sessions.
